The company sells and rents a total package of care aids and provides adaptations, repairs and maintenance to these aids. Clientele consists of private individuals, healthcare institutions, hospitals, municipalities and care centers. It originally consisted of 3 business units that were merged during the project at 1 location with a uniform working method

Assignment

Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the business unit and direct management of 15 fte. Responsible for the realization of a uniform and efficient logistics structure to meet the contract requirements of customers with regard to, among other things, lead times, OTIF and product quality requirements. In addition, a well-designed logistics structure is a precondition for achieving the intended organic growth and further company takeover. Support with tender procedures and realization ISO 9001 & 14001.

Het taken pakket bestond uit het analyseren van de organisatorische en logistieke structuur van de organisatie. Evaluatie van kennis en ervaring van personeel en trainingsprogramma ontwikkelen. Het implementeren van een organisatie breed management systeem incluis de juiste rapportages en KPI om aansturing van een groeiende organisatie te kunnen realiseren. Aanvullend heb ik het projectmanagement van Navision overgenomen. Organisatorische en logistieke requirements gedefinieerd zodat Navision zou aansluiten en ondersteunen bij de nieuwe structuur.
