How do you regulate the immense flow of information?

The frequency and amount of information has become immense in our lives. How do you get a grip on your information flow and how do you apply the principle of “First Time Right”.

Data versus information

Lack of discipline is a problem here. The traditional attitude of people to keep information with them also plays a role. Often the Clouds are also more difficult to reach compared to network drives. Slower browsers, load times. The most common frustrations among employees.

This provides the foundation to re-examine processes, procedures, cooperation, but also the hierarchical structure of your organization.

Do not forget your suppliers and customers who must be able to connect to your Cloud solutions. Otherwise, you will remain on two minds and you will lose a significant part of the potential savings and efficiency improvements.
