Assignment

Due to the strong growth of the organization, internal logistics and cooperation with logistics partners must be brought to a higher level.

The organization recently introduced Microsoft Dynamics 365 to replace the outdated Baan system. The logistics manager should be relieved of this burden. During the project, a number of projects were carried out under my supervision.

The second part of the assignment was to fulfil the position of quality manager, whereby the structure and functioning of the department had to be brought back up to standard.

Logistics management: Optimizing wadehouse performance, such as inventory reliability, capacity planning, resource management, optimizing production supplies. Coaching, workshop training staff on Lean warehousing.

Project management: Building business case for milkrun solutions, external storage, EDI interfaces, automation of wrapping & labeling processes.

Quality management: Restructuring department, capacity planning, job and knowledge evaluation, coaching. Participating in projects such as Hybrid and hydrogen
