However, there are guidelines that you can apply that increase the chance of success. One of the most important principles you want to pursue is coherence within your organization. Coherence indicates synchronization, harmonization of matters, which creates optimal coherence.
However, many companies have put large goals on paper and discussed and approved within management and management levels, but do not ensure that these goals are translated and implemented in every department and at every level.
